A beautiful church on a sprawling chunk of property, with a parking lot that's seen better days. I love when this problem is solved by us, as we take work for the church very personally. This particular lot required a lot of scrubbing to properly clear the asphalt for sealing. While doing so we found more points of failure and solved those issues as well. Numerous small asphalt repairs all over, reconstituting the perimeter in areas; This lot has its shape and structure back. The sealcoat was applied, and now, the lot will stay looking beautiful for years AND last for years longer!
