Based on the current condition of your parking lot and the variables to your specific property, we formulate an Asphalt Maintenance Plan (A.M.P.)
A standard A.M.P. consists of 2-4 visits a year, at no cost, for an assessment drawn up by one of our professionals. More often than not, our customers get a clean bill of health. But the point behind an A.M.P. is to keep your asphalt healthy and your surroundings pleasant and safe. If we stay knowledgeable about a property we are able to EFFICIENTLY maintain that pavement by performing much smaller services in between the large sealcoat visits. That means filling the cracks that have expanded with more crackfill, touching up sealcoat in intersections, freshening up your paint or just keep an eye out for potholes. The closer we stay to our customers, the less money they need to outlay in the long run compared to just a paving and striping plan. A.M.P.s save you serious money by keeping the nutrients in and the water out and have the potential to save you serious time depending on the level of plan you choose.
