MARINE CORPS EXCHANGE

This was our largest job of the past 2023 season. They trusted us to come out and perform our services on their beautiful, sprawling campus located in Norfolk, VA. This particular management team was delightful, helping us to achieve our goals with ease. First it was rigorous prepping and perimeter edging/reestablishment of their parking lots. Scrubbing, blowing, and power brooming away all of the issues that could possibly prevent our materials from sticking. Then it was time for the asphalt repairs, followed by the cleaning of the cracks and the hot-pour crackfill. The seal coating was divided into multiple days/sections to accommodate store hours, deliveries and traffic flow. But wouldn't you know it, their patience was well worth the wait as we provided them with a fully warrantied, newly rejuvenated parking lot.
