We start every job by rigorously cleaning grass and debris, prepping the cracks. Next, the rubberized crackfill is heated to a precise temperature and the liquified material is then applied with focused care to protect the subbase from water intrusion. The hot-pour approach allows material to penetrate deeply into cracks. (After cooling, that penetration forms a resilient bond that withstands the elements, while also allowing the material to conform to flexing from changing temperatures of the asphalt.)
