Whether it's the pre-sealcoating services like our hot-pour crackfill for your cracks, or our fresh hot asphalt used properly repair your potholes, we use the best-in-the-industry materials, applied per spec. However with sealcoat, our approach is set apart drastically by our use of a superior material-mix with a proper sand content, (which requires agitation) and is spray or squeegee applied.
The same mix we use on shopping centers, churches and standalone businesses is the same mix that will make your asphalt driveway come back to life and hold up for years to come.

We begin our fully warrantied Sealcoat process with:

grass and dirt removal

re-establish the contours of the pavement

scrub and blow off all loose dirt and scree to ensure proper adhesion of the mixture

oil spots are then treated

cracks are filled and potholes addressed (if needed)

spec amount of sand, proper amount of water, and the blackest and most resistant sealer mix that we have, over time, perfected.
(Proper mix proportion is the crucial
element of an optimal formula.)

We then spray-apply the sealer, in 2 complete coats, to the freshly prepped pavement.
The result is our beautiful blend that brings petroleum resistance, longevity, and a striking, dark black hue to every job. Which of course, makes the fresh paint applied a beautiful contrast.
